This privacy policy applies to the FaceMatch AI app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by aly (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Additionally, the Application collects and stores facial data if you choose to use features that involve facial recognition or analysis. The facial data collected includes:

• Facial landmarks and feature points (e.g., eye position, nose position, mouth shape)
• Expression and emotion detection data (e.g., happy, sad, neutral)

📌 How Face Data is Used

The facial data collected is used solely for in-app processing purposes to provide AI-powered face analysis, such as:

• Analyzing facial expressions to provide AI-driven insights
• Generating a summary based on facial expressions and patterns

The collected face data is stored securely on the server and is retained for 90 days before being permanently deleted.

Third Party Access

The Application does not share or sell facial data with any third-party services, advertisers, or external analytics platforms.

However, the Application stores facial data on its secure servers for processing and storage purposes. The data is encrypted and is only accessible by the Application to provide its services.
